I’m Siân, founder of Superstar FD. After qualifying with ACCA in 2007, I spent many years running in-house finance departments before launching my own business in 2024. What began as providing fractional CFO support quickly evolved, realising that clients needed more than strategic advice, they needed the capability of a full finance department. So I built a team and created a service that acts as a seamless extension of your business. We’re not just outsourced support, we’re your finance department.
When I’m not helping clients make sense of their numbers, you’ll find me outdoors in Surrey, muddy boots and all. I dabble in gardening, adore animals (I even used to be a gerbil rescue volunteer) and believe that staying grounded and curious makes me better at what I do.

Founder/CFO Hi, I’m Siân. I’ve spent many years running small, in-house finance departments and love being a hands-on strategic advisor to business owners. My sweet spot is designing efficient, automated systems and processes that improve the quality and availability of financial data. I use that to build models and reports that give business owners clarity and confidence to make key decisions and drive growth. Having worked my way up through every role in a finance department, I understand each process inside and out. With Superstar FD I help ambitious business owners take finance off their plate so they can focus on what they do best.

Finance Manager Hi! I'm Nicola. I have over 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance. Throughout my career, I've delved into various aspects, from accounts payable and receivable to crafting month-end accounts, performing reconciliations, conducting budget analyses, and managing VAT, among other tasks. What I enjoy most about this field is the diversity it offers and the opportunity to create insights that benefit business owners to steer their ventures in the right direction.When I’m not making sure all the pennies are accounted for, I enjoy walking, being out and about, family time and planning my next adventures!
Claire Rothwell
Ops. Manager & Executive PA I work closely with Sian to support the day-to-day running of Superstar FD, helping keep the business organised, efficient, and running smoothly behind the scenes.My role blends executive PA support with operational oversight. I look after diaries, communications, and internal workflows, while also supporting client coordination and making sure nothing gets missed as the business grows.
